No pay leave - the new trend

I guess it is better to have everyone do without a little than have some do without a lot. Dupont has joined a growing cadre of companies that are requiring employees to take unpaid leave. This article says one week - but in reality all salaried employees are required to take two weeks of unpaid leave.
